IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

If a dispute arises between you and AI Studio 10, we encourage you to first contact us at legal@aistudio10.com to seek a resolution. We will attempt to resolve disputes in good faith. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.
