AI Studio 10 ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Rhese mobile application (the "Service"). This notice explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under U.S. law.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name to provide a personalized experience.

Fitness and Wellness Data: We collect information about your session history, completed routines, daily streaks, focus areas (e.g., posture, mobility), and self-reported feedback to personalize your experience and track your progress.

Usage Analytics:With your consent, we collect limited usage data (e.g., sessions, feature adoption) to improve the app. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

• Send notification reminders for daily sessions (with your permission)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS). All communications use HTTPS/TLS. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device (iOS Keychain/Android Keystore).

• RevenueCat / App Store: Subscription management and purchases (if subscriptions are enabled)
• Google/Apple: Social sign-in authentication
• Expo Push Notifications: Daily reminders and encouragement

Your Privacy Rights

• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data from Settings → Delete Account
• Data Portability: Export your progress data (upon request)
• Opt-out: Turn off analytics and notifications at any time

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion request, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or to enforce our agreements.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is intended for users 13 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):
